Poly makes a number of products for emergency dispatchers that are compatible with nearly every major radio console. These consoles are fitted with jackboxes that are configured for either “4 wire” or “6 wire” operation. Please note that a headset, being a basic audio input/output device, cannot actually perform the toggling between the radio and the telephone. This functionality must be built into the console.
