In 1987, Bill Mays and Dottie O’Daniel Mays founded Call One, Inc. out of their two-bedroom home with a passion for helping people do their business better. They started by supporting customers in selecting the right headsets and providing repair services and accessories for their offices, call centers, and dispatch centers.
Bill & Dottie believe in the fundamental principle

Their dedication to their customers helped them weather through three decades of challenges, including 9/11, The Great Recession, and multiple hurricane evacuations. Today, Call One, Inc. is headquartered in Cape Canaveral, FL, and supports over seventy families, including multiple generations on the Space Coast.
We now help thousands of organizations across various industries in the United States, including BPOs, Financial, Insurance, Cable/Media/TV, Telecommunications, Hospitality, Transportation/Shipping, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Education, and Government (Federal, State, Local).

Our in-house Ecommerce Team takes the headache out of procurement for business communication and collaboration technology. We support tens of millions worth of EDI and EProcurement transactions annually and can create, manage, and support CIF and Punch Out catalogs for all major procurement platforms like SAP Ariba, Coupa, PeopleSoft, GHX, and more. If you don’t use those platforms, our team can build you a customized site available 24/7 (as long as there is internet access) that provides access to authorized products at your pre-negotiated prices.
In 2018, Bill Mays passed away, and in 2021, Dottie O’Daniel Mays also passed away. Their son Stephen Mays and daughter-in-law, Dawn Mays, took ownership in May 2021. Dawn Mays was appointed CEO, and Stephen Mays, President, on June 1, 2021. In February 2023, Call One, Inc. was awarded Business of the Year at the Melbourne Regional Chamber Impact Awards. We want to remind our customers that Call One, Inc. is more than just one person. It is all the people (Call One, Inc. employees) who show up every day because they believe in the fundamental principle that people do business with people, and our passion is to help people do their business better.
