JPL Agent 50 & Agent 60: New Headsets Take Center Stage at APCO 2026

Call One has been on the floor at APCO events this year, and JPL Telecom has given us plenty to talk about. We showcased the Agent 50 at the Florida APCO 2026 Annual Conference and Expo in June, held at the Luminary Hotel in Fort Myers, while the Agent 60 made its debut two months later at the National APCO Conference in Texas this August. Both headsets drew steady crowds at their respective shows.

JPL Agent 50: A Worthy Successor

Introduced at Florida APCO in June, the Agent 50 is available now and steps in as the replacement for the discontinued Poly H81N, long a favorite among dispatch professionals and air traffic controllers. For teams who relied on the H81N's reliability, the Agent 50 offers a familiar, trusted upgrade path.

JPL Agent 60: The Bigger News

Unveiled at the National APCO Conference in Texas this August, the Agent 60 may be the more significant launch. Air conduction headsets - once associated mainly with athletes and outdoor enthusiasts - are increasingly showing up in enterprise environments. Most of the options on the market today, however, are Bluetooth-only and binaural. The Agent 60 breaks that mold.

Expected in November 2026 the new Agent 60 is the industry’s first quick disconnect, air conductor, neckband headset designed for all-day comfort, with exceptional audio and complete versatility. The Agent 60 is also the first stereo headset option that allows for the user to hear the area around them which is something 911 dispatch agents have been asking for, allowing them to remain present on the call and in the room.

Ideal for

  • Dispatch and control centres
  • Emergency services and mobile command units
  • Contact centres
  • Hybrid and home workers
  • Warehousing and logistics
  • Security operations
  • Any environment where users need comfort, mobility and clear communication throughout the day

The new JPL-Agent 60 has been developed for users who need outstanding audio performance without compromising on comfort or awareness of their surroundings.

Featuring innovative Air Speaker Technology, the JPL-Agent 60 delivers crystal-clear audio directly to the ear while avoiding the pressure and discomfort often associated with traditional headsets or bone conduction designs. The result is exceptional sound quality and a headset so light you’ll forget you’re wearing it.

Experience a new standard in professional communications with the JPL-Agent 60 QD neckband headset.

Key Features

  • Available in single or dual speaker neckband models.
  • Industry-first Quick Disconnect (QD) neckband headset for maximum flexibility.
  • Innovative Air Speaker Technology provides superior audio directed to the ear.
  • Comfortable alternative to bone conduction, reducing ear and bone fatigue.
  • Ultra-lightweight design for outstanding all-day comfort.
  • Surround Shield™ bi-directional noise-cancelling microphone effectively suppresses background noise, ensuring your voice is heard clearly—even in the busiest working environments.
  • Flexible, easy-position microphone boom.
  • Secure neckband design that remains stable while users are seated, standing or moving around
